When you place an order we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address and phone number. We collect the contents of your order and your order history. Our payment processor collects your card details directly – we never see or store a full card number.

Why we hold it

We use this information to take payment, deliver your order, handle returns and warranty claims, and answer your emails about an order. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then delete them.

Who we share it with

We share your delivery details with the carrier that brings your parcel, and your payment details with our payment processor. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Your card details go directly to them over an encrypted connection. They hold that data under their own privacy terms and their PCI-DSS obligations.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your basket working between pages and to remember you are signed in. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this store.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@solaronline.store and we will action it within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your data we will keep only what tax law requires us to retain.
