Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders placed before 1pm ET ship the same business day; orders after that go the next business day. Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 and is free on orders over $75.

Delivery normally takes 3-5 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

Returns

If you change your mind, return anything unused in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we will send return instructions.

Warranty

Every fixture carries a two-year warranty against water ingress and battery failure. If a fixture fails inside that window we replace it — you do not need to return the faulty one.

Damaged or missing items

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it. Photographs help but are not required.
