Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you and refund in full rather than substitute.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless stated at checkout. Shipping is shown before payment.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor. We do not store card details.

Warranty and liability

Our two-year warranty covers water ingress and battery failure under normal outdoor use. It does not cover damage from impact, modification or installation contrary to the instructions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
